Infrastructure Development

- Expansion of covered storage area by 12,000 m2 reaching total over 85,000 m2;

- Development of 2 ha for volume growth of containers and RoRo units;

- Investments in port tracks, RTG, trailers and other loaders;

- Sustainable RTG yard with battery-electric equipment fed by own solar power;

- Autonomous horizontal transport (terminal trucks).

Digital Development

- Gate automation with client self-service terminal;

- Terminal-Communication System (TCS);

- Container M&R system digitalization;

- Paper-free connections with clients, customs and other authorities;

- Integration with Smart Port platform;

Railway connected development

- Assessment of the Silk Road initiative – acting as a transit, storage and value-added point;

- Assessment of the Amber train project – Route Muuga–Kaunas (Lithuania) for RoRo;

- Rail Baltica connection with the starting point in Muuga Port, intermodal terminal between 1,520 and 1,435 rail network.
