HHLA TK Estonia is a multipurpose cargo Terminal covering a variety of services as a Single Window approach.

- Handling of container vessels, RoRo and lo-lo vessels;

- Loading/unloading/picking of goods (containers, general goods, refrigerated goods, bulk or palletized cargo and project cargo, heavy and large-scale goods);

- Storage of goods in open storage areas and closed warehouses in the free customs zone;

- Handling of road and railway transport, including loading and unloading of goods to and from railway wagons and platforms;

- Container maintenance and repair.

- Cargo storage in the free zone without customs guarantees, quotas, tariffs and taxes for an unlimited period;

- Guaranteed ice free port;

- Smooth connection to transit road network;

- Direct rail connections in all terminals with tracks in covered warehouses.
