Recently, ammunition intended for Estonian Defence Forces arrived in Estonia by sea and was then unloaded from ships to trucks in HHLA TK Estonia container terminal.
The Estonian Centre for Defence Investment purchased 155 mm artillery rounds for Estonian Defence Forces in 2022. Recently they reached Muuga harbour, packed into containers.
The handling of the containers required careful joint effort of different parties, given that the handling speed, lifting accuracy and security requirements this project were extraordinary for. Although the snowy conditions added an extra layer of attention required, the work was smooth, and the client remained satisfied.
